We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Be Recruitment. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based psychological interventions to adults with varying levels of mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions to promote mental health and well-being
- Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote recovery and empowerment
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or Mental Health Nursing
- Registration with AHPRA or AASW
- Experience in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions for mental health disorders
- Knowledge of the mental health system, government policies, legislation, and professional standards
- Commitment to fostering and building inclusive cultures that promote human rights and diversity
- A current driver's license and car
