Geotechnical Specialist
  • We are seeking an experienced Geotechnical Specialist to conduct survey analysis and scientific investigations on soil and rock behaviour under pressure.
  • The successful candidate will investigate geological formations, ground behaviour and perform site investigations, soil logging and sampling for geotechnical and civil engineering projects.
  • The role involves conducting studies of the earth's crust, providing geological and geotechnical reporting and managing field observations and site investigations.
  • All aspects of fieldwork activities including site investigations, soil logging and sampling for small to large scale engineering projects.
Requirements
  • Tertiary degree in Geology or Engineering Geology
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
