Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to provide exceptional administrative support to our leadership team.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for greeting colleagues, managing correspondence, taking meeting minutes, handling mail, creating filing systems, and transmitting information using various software.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to maintain confidentiality, develop positive working relationships, and perform other reasonable job duties as requested by their manager.

Responsibilities:
