About the Role

Expert Spirits Consultant | For Lovers of Fine Spirits

We're seeking a customer-centric spirits connoisseur who is eager to share their passion with customers and colleagues alike.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers in an authentic way, sharing product knowledge and providing end-to-end service
  • Work collaboratively with store leadership to set up and facilitate customer events
  • Advocate for customer loyalty by engaging with customers to understand benefits and product offerings
  • Instil your love and passion for spirits into every interaction, developing team member product knowledge
  • Undertake various in-store tasks, including customer service and inventory management, as well as duty management
  • Contribute to sales planning processes by sharing specialist product knowledge and recommendations on product lines

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has a real desire to create memorable customer moments and can work across key customer hours
  • Is proficient in the world of spirits and has a good understanding of wine and beer
  • Has a thirst for knowledge and loves to learn about new and emerging trends and categories
  • Can authentically impart knowledge, inspiring customers and teams to continue their adventure of discovery
  • Can work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Has experience in a drinks-related role, including the spirits industry, bar work or liquor retail
