We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Car Care Sales Consultant.

Job Description

The primary focus of this role is to provide exceptional customer service, delivering a tailored experience that meets the needs of our customers. This will involve identifying opportunities to promote additional products and services, ensuring seamless communication across all touchpoints.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with colleagues and customers alike. Effective communication will be essential in driving sales growth, collaborating closely with the broader team to identify areas for improvement.

A successful candidate will be confident, enthusiastic and passionate about car care. They will have excellent time management skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining high levels of productivity. A driver's license is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide regular sales forecasts to inform stock levels
