About the Graduate Program

The program is designed for enthusiastic graduates from various fields, offering a structured leadership and development training program, access to industry leaders, and opportunities to network across the industry.

The Role

As a Rotational Graduate, you will undergo three rotations (six months each) in different produce categories at various locations across Australia. You will work alongside industry-leading professionals, gaining experience in crop planning, pest and disease management, irrigation and soil management, field trials, and data analysis.

  • Crop planning, including assessing weather conditions, soil types, and crop varieties.
  • Pest and disease management, using integrated pest management strategies.
  • Irrigation and soil management, ensuring optimal water usage and soil health.
  • Conducting field trials to test new crop varieties, fertilizers, pesticides, and techniques.
  • Monitoring crop health and diagnosing issues, such as pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies.
  • Collecting and analyzing data on crop performance and yield.

Requirements
  • Current or recent completion of a bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Agricultural Science, Horticulture, Agribusiness, Business, or a related field.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transport with relevant insurances.
  • Ability and willingness to relocate and work in different sites during the program.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
