As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing workplace rehabilitation services to help individuals return to work and achieve better health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Implement Rehabilitation Programs: Develop and implement effective rehabilitation programs to assist clients in returning to work.
- Conduct Vocational Assessments: Conduct thorough vocational assessments to identify clients' strengths and abilities.
- Provide Counselling and Support: Offer one-on-one counselling and support to clients to empower them to transition into employment.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Qualifications and Registration: Hold qualifications and registration in Rehabilitation Counselling.
- Travel and Time Management: Be willing to travel and possess effective time management skills.
