Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Assembly and Maintenance Technician in Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring all tools, plant, and equipment is fit for purpose prior to use.
  • Assemble, test, inspect, and repair various components including pumps, valves, and related equipment.
  • Operate lifting devices such as forklifts and overhead cranes to move loads efficiently.
  • Complete quality and inspection processes which may include documentation.
  • Maintain and repair site equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Contribute to process improvements and product development through collaboration with the operations team.

Requirements:

  • Engineering Tradesperson Mechanical trade certificate (Mechanical Fitter or Machinist)
  • High-risk occupational tickets and VOC for forklift, overhead gantry crane, dogger, and rigger are preferred
