As a recent graduate in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), you have the opportunity to make a difference in Australia's public service.

This unique program allows you to launch your career with the Australian Government and work across multiple STEM fields.

You will be part of a diverse team working collaboratively to assist in shaping an Australian Government that meets the needs of all Australians.

Program Benefits

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the program, you must:

  • Be an Australian citizen
  • Have or will have completed a Bachelor degree or higher by 31 December 2026
  • Have completed your qualification between 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2026
  • Be able to obtain and maintain a valid Australian Government security clearance once accepted into the program
  • Be willing to undergo any police, character, health or other checks required

The selection process for this program typically includes an online application, online testing and/or video interview, assessment centre, matching, and offers.
