About The Role

This exciting opportunity exists within a collaborative Talent Acquisition Team, where you will be empowered to create awesome experiences and build the brand. You will be part of a fast-paced environment with great company culture and benefits.

You will hit the ground running but enjoy a solid induction and training program, along with continued support from the wider Talent Acquisition team. This role offers flexibility to travel and work from any of our retail stores, making it a unique chance to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete the recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of roles, including Store Managers, Assistant Managers and Technicians.
  • Build a sustainable talent pipeline using proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Elevate the brand through local marketing activities and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with new tools and practices in the Talent Acquisition space.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of our careers website and social pages.
  • Manage recruitment administration and compliance tasks.
  • Represent the company at Trade Shows and events.

Requirements And Qualifications:

  • Qualifications in HR, Talent Acquisition or Administration are advantageous.
  • Extensive experience in a high-volume, fast-paced in-house Talent Acquisition role is essential.
  • Excellent communication, people management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS, CRM and ATS platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem-solve.
  • Self-starter with strong relationship-building and influence skills.
  • Confident public speaker and networker.
  • Regular travel around the state required.
