The Senior Policy and Projects Officer is responsible for driving evidence-based strategic advocacy that prioritizes client experience and outcomes.
Main responsibilities include crafting policy submissions and briefs, conducting research and analysis, collaborating with clients to share their experiences, and representing the organization in stakeholder meetings.
