About The Role
This role requires a strategic leader to work collaboratively with school and regional staff to develop high-quality Individual Behaviour Support Plans. The successful candidate will provide coaching and support to implement these plans, promoting student engagement and academic success.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Collaborate with regional experts and school staff to design high-quality curriculum supports for students
- Identify the needs of regional and school staff and provide evidence-based training, coaching and resources to ensure best practice in service delivery
- Lead and conduct specialised projects and innovative research activities relating to the delivery and continuous improvement of services within schools
- Foster a challenging, equitable, ethical and safe work environment that encourages professional growth and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Experience working in schools as a head of curriculum, head of inclusion, behaviour analyst, behaviour support practitioner or behaviour therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
