We are seeking a skilled Art Director to lead our visual direction and deliver high-quality creative solutions.

About the Role

This mid-senior level position requires 8+ years of experience in visual design, digital design, or art direction. A portfolio showcasing exceptional craft and conceptual thinking is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute bold ideas that drive results through craft and collaboration.
  • Lead visual storytelling across multiple formats – static, motion, video, interactive.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency across all visual outputs.
  • Use insights and performance data to refine and optimise design work.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Demonstrated success in leading campaigns and setting visual direction while delivering top-tier design work.
  • Experience juggling multiple projects and collaborating cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.

You will be working in a hybrid setup with remote-first flexibility and opportunity for in-office collaboration at our Sydney HQ.
