About YouWe are looking for a candidate with a strong background in electrical engineering, PLC and SCADA programming, and experience with industrial networking and bus systems.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- PLC and SCADA programming skills (competency with Contrologix and Unity (PLC), CitectSCADA, FactoryTalk View, ClearSCADA, Siemens, Beckhoff preferred)
- Some understanding of industrial networking and bus systems
- Process control and automated systems knowledge
- Experience with electrical switchgear and control systems
- Exposure to control system network design for mining, industrial, or power distribution sectors
- Skills and expertise in networking and communications (CISCO, Microsoft certifications), programming, and project delivery – advantageous
- Skills with software and IoT Solutions
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of multidiscipline teams
