Warehouse Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of 3 Supervisors, 1 Shipping Specialist & 20 warehouse employees to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
  • Oversee Health and Safety, Continuous Improvement, recruitment, training, assessment, appraisals, absence management and discipline within the ANZ markets with a business volume of 120k+ receiving lines and 310k+ order lines shipped per year.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
  • Ability to influence others and thrive in Matrix Environments.
  • Experience of driving change within a warehouse environment.
  • Knowledge of the total AGCO Parts business or similar expertise within the agricultural and/or automotive industry.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (commercial, supply-chain, customer care, transports, other warehouses operational teams).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience of working in multicultural environments with a good diversity of markets and culture.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree - Logistics and/or Supply Chain.
  • Specific Training or Certification Required : Kaizen, 6s, Project Mgmt.
