Job Title

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Business Analyst to join our organization. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with senior leaders to support Commercial, Sales, and related business functions.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a background in SAP and/or Salesforce, and experience working in a large, complex, or FMCG environment. The role also requires solid business process knowledge, a proactive and curious mindset, and exposure to Portfolio/Project/Change Management methodologies.

About the Role

  • Translate business needs into tangible requirements in line with the project delivery lifecycle.
  • Develop robust business cases in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Partner with global technology teams to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose.
  • Support solution adoption, change management, and benefits realization locally.
  • Navigate a matrix structure, balancing global capabilities with local needs.
  • Bring curiosity, initiative, and ownership to influence how technology can best enable the commercial business.
