Job Title: Skilled Tiler Required

We are seeking a skilled tiler to undertake various wall and floor tiling projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Examining plans, measuring and marking surfaces and laying out work
  • Preparing wall and surfaces by removing old tiles, grout and adhesive, filling holes and cracks, and cleaning surfaces
  • Using tile-cutting tools to cut and shape tiles needed for edges and corners, and around objects such as fittings and pipes
  • Grouting tiles, and cleaning and removing excess grout
  • Laying floors of granolithic, terrazzo, cement or similar composition
  • Attaching tiles to various surfaces using numerous adhesives
  • Ensuring tiles are correctly aligned and spaced

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere
  • Trustworthy and reliable worker with a driver's license and own equipment/transport vehicle
