Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a cutting-edge integration platform for a Digital Twin. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team that seeks to make a significant impact on our product.

About the Role
  • You will be involved in all aspects of software development, working to create and maintain reliable, secure, performant, and high-throughput services for our customers by building integration solutions using cloud and edge technologies.
  • You will engage with customer adoption specialists and other stakeholders to identify customer integration needs and turn high-level requirements into productized solutions.
  • You will contribute to solution design and architecture by leveraging design patterns and injecting your expertise into the entire development lifecycle.
  • You will contribute to improvements in processes and deliverables that increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team in responding to customer and business needs.
  • You will document and present your ideas and solutions accurately and thoroughly.
Requirements
  • You must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, related technology field, or equivalent experience.
  • You should have 5 years of hands-on experience with application development and/or building integration solutions.
  • You should have experience with JavaScript in Node.js and web browser environments.
  • You should have experience with GIT or equivalent version control systems.
  • You must have an in-depth understanding of the entire software development lifecycle.
  • You should have experience with Agile development practices such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • You should have a detail-oriented approach to building secure, stable software.
  • You should have strong written and oral communication skills in English.
  • You should be able to operate effectively and independently in a dynamic, fluid environment.
  • You should have a basic understanding of networking concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
  • You should have experience with associated tools such as Postman, IDEs (e.g., Visual Studio Code).
  • You should have unit testing, end-to-end testing, and test-driven development experience.
  • You should be familiar with CI/CD concepts and a deployment pipeline such as Jenkins.
  • You should have containerization experience.
  • You should have cyber security and secure coding principles knowledge.
  • MQTT experience is a bonus.
