This position offers a unique chance to contribute to inclusive education and wellbeing initiatives in a dynamic community setting. Reporting directly to the Education and Wellbeing Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our team driving positive change through high-quality learning programs.

As an Education Support specialist, you will work closely with educators to deliver tailored support and enriching experiences for students with diverse needs. Our classrooms have a maximum capacity of 10 students, allowing for meaningful connections and effective collaboration.

**We are seeking six permanent full-time Education Support staff to join our team**. This role requires:

  • A deep understanding of Aboriginal culture and values, as well as awareness of the current issues faced by Aboriginal children, young people, and their families.
  • Relevant work experience and a minimum Diploma Qualification, Certificate IV in Education Support or Special Needs, or equivalent.
  • A strong commitment to our organisation's objectives and values, including Sanctuary Commitments.
  • Effective teaching and learning strategies to implement as required.

**Successful applicants must hold a valid Driver's Licence, undergo a Satisfactory Criminal History Check, and meet other essential screening requirements**.
