We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Operations Coordinators in the Greater Sydney Parklands agency. Our goal is to preserve and enhance Sydney's urban parks and open spaces.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate maintenance programs, manage service providers, and meet contract, safety, and quality requirements
  • Audit service quality, support contract management, drive improvement programs, and ensure visitor needs are met through effective facility upkeep and incident response
  • Manage diverse landscapes, facilities, and infrastructure, including recreation facilities, utilities, buildings, and historic structures

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in program management, asset maintenance, and customer service. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results and achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in building, parks and recreation, landscape, asset, facilities, project management, or equivalent experience in relevant disciplines
  • Current driver's licence and ability to travel for work at any site within the GSP portfolio as directed
