About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at the Women's and Children's Health Network in North Adelaide. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to clients/patients and their families in various health service settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to clients/patients and their families in various health service settings.
  • Accept accountability for personal nursing care standards and for activities delegated to others.
  • Collaborate with other health professionals and partner with children, youth, families, and agencies to achieve optimal health outcomes.
  • Deliver education and information to clients and families to support health and well-being.
  • Offer support, direction, and education to students, nurses, and other health professionals.
  • Develop from a novice to a proficient level of professional nursing practice through continuous professional development and experience.
Requirements
  • Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
  • A minimum of six months post-registration experience in an acute care setting.
  • Effective communication skills, including problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing consumer/client and family-centered care.
