**About the Role:**

We are seeking a dedicated Home Support Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional care and support to our clients in their own homes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
  • Communicate effectively with care teams, family members, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Conduct light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for clients.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability Services, or related field.
  • Current Australian National Police check and First Aid certificate.
  • Full Australian Driver's license and access to a reliable insured vehicle.

**Preferred Skills:**

  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training opportunities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
