Brief Overview

Shape the future of training and development by joining our team of professionals. As a Learning & Development Practitioner, you will play a key role in designing and delivering engaging training programs that meet the needs of our employees.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs for employees across various departments.
  • Develop assessment guides and training modules to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and analysis of training effectiveness to improve delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee training and development.
  • Collaborate with the Training Manager to identify and prioritize training needs.

Requirements
  • Experience in food production or processing operations (desirable).
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or similar (desirable).
  • Previous experience delivering training in a production environment is highly regarded.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and effective training techniques for mature learners.
