
Drive In-Store Success as a Customer Activation Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a driven professional to help deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You will have responsibility over the Tic Tac brand and assist operationally with other brands.
This role is ideal for those starting their career in Trade Marketing or Activation space.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement best-in-class point-of-sale plans and drive the process from briefing to delivery of impactful displays.
- Lead business development opportunities, conduct field visits to assess competitor displays, and monitor our impact in stores.
- Cross-functionally communicate between Sales, Marketing, Category, and Retail Capability teams on activation elements.
- Work collaboratively with regional and global teams for feedback and approval.
- Develop effective shopper marketing plans, including in-store and online assets, for key retailers such as Coles and Woolworths.
- Evaluate performance and add key learnings into planning cycles for continuous improvement.
- Liaise with suppliers on sourcing, timelines, POS requirements, and supplier reviews.
- Build strong working relationships with suppliers.
- Manage project timelines and budgets.
- Assist the wider team with tasks such as packaging code management, updating POS catalogues, pre-pack management, trade advertising, and expo management.
