We are seeking an experienced Oral Health Therapist/Hygienist to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis, working Thursdays and Fridays at West Lakes, with additional days available at partnering clinics if desired.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients in developing and maintaining good oral health.
- Accurately interpret treatment plans and maintain detailed clinical records.
- Gather data relevant to the dentist's direction and assess patients' presenting conditions.
- Adhere to infection protocols and practices.
- Provide routine dental treatment for people of all ages, including examinations and diagnosis.
- Treat patients of all ages for oral health conditions, taking radiographs and providing fluoride therapy.
- Actively promote comprehensive dentistry and maintenance.
- Meet the practice treatment philosophy.
Requirements:
- Qualified Oral Health Therapist or Hygienist with experience working in a local clinic.
- Current AHPRA registration and working rights in Australia.
- Valid Professional Indemnity Insurance.
- Ability to work confidently with or without a Dental Assistant.
- Possession of a current license and operating experience with radiograph equipment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Valid Working with Children's Check required.
