Residential Loan Application Specialist

As a specialist in residential loan applications, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout all phases of the home loan life cycle.
You will possess strong sales acumen to convert leads and referrals into residential loan applications. During the home loan process, you will provide an outstanding customer experience while navigating through the journey.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a timely and accurate manner, responding to the needs of customers throughout all stages of the lending cycle
- Achieve expected settlement targets while maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating
- Identify opportunities for additional product sales from clients, such as asset finance, personal finance, commercial lending, and general insurance referral opportunities for business partners
- Maintain up-to-date administration records, including written documentation consistent with industry standards and compliance requirements, and accurately correlate lender application forms and associated documentary evidence
- Adhere to the franchise operations system (FOS) as detailed in the Mortgage Choice operations manual, and as presented in the Mortgage Choice information center online, particularly in regards to responsible lending obligations and privacy obligations
- Pursue ongoing development, including attending lender accreditation sessions, maintaining industry CPD point score, and ensuring accurate up-to-date knowledge of lenders' products, policies, and service levels
- Utilize excellent problem-solving skills and product knowledge to answer customer queries and maintain and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
