Job Summary

The role of the Administrative Support Officer is to provide efficient administrative support service to nursing staff and community members at a district hospital and community service centre.

This includes providing reception support and office management services. The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of administrative principles, well-developed computer skills, and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Nursing, maintaining an efficient flow of information.
  • Coordinate equipment, room bookings, including video conferencing facilities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative systems promoting quality improvement.
  • Actively participate in and contribute to organisational processes, including safety systems and related training.
