This role involves coordinating the execution of campaigns across various channels, ensuring customer delivery and success. The ideal candidate will have experience in campaign coordination, project management, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign setup and coordination: Coordinate all proactive campaigns from ideation to successful customer delivery.
- Resource coordination and communication: Determine team resourcing for campaigns and allocate queues accordingly.
- Revenue and strategy focus: Ensure campaign tactics align with broader business and revenue goals.
- Performance improvement: Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and provide feedback to relevant teams.
- Scheduling and calendars: Create and maintain campaign schedules to ensure efficient delivery.
- Reporting, analysis & insights: Monitor campaign performance and provide trend analysis to improve overall performance.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Campaign Coordination or Project Coordination.
- Strong project or campaign coordination skills from ideation through to delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to support internal communication cascades and campaign documentation.
- Ability to design and implement efficient workflows for campaign execution and case routing.
- Understanding of project management principles to keep campaigns on track and within timelines.
