Marketing Campaign Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our team. This is a pivotal role for someone with strong real estate administration experience who thrives on managing multiple priorities and supporting the seamless delivery of marketing campaigns.

About the Role

As a Marketing Campaign Coordinator, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the end-to-end administration of property marketing campaigns. This includes:

  • Ensuring every detail is meticulously managed and deadlines are consistently met;
  • Liaising with agents, vendors, creative teams, and external suppliers to coordinate campaign materials, bookings, and approvals;
  • Preparing, reviewing, and processing all campaign-related documentation with accuracy and efficiency;
  • Maintaining up-to-date records in our systems and databases, ensuring all campaign activity is tracked and reported;
  • Supporting the listing process by preparing marketing collateral, scheduling photography, and coordinating online and print advertising;
  • Being the go-to person for campaign administration queries, providing proactive support and solutions to the team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in real estate administration, campaign coordination, or sales support;
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with a keen eye for detail;
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Confidence with real estate systems, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite;
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset – you anticipate needs and take initiative;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
