About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Respect Aged Care. As a key member of our catering department, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work under the guidance of the Chef Manager to prepare, cook and serve nourishing, palatable and attractive in-house meals for residents.
  • Have a strong understanding of nutrition and dietary requirements and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate previous experience working in a commercial kitchen, preferably in an aged care facility or similar environment.

Requirements

  • A relevant qualification.
  • A current national police certificate (or ability to acquire) to enable the individual to work in the aged care industry.
