Imagine being part of a team that shapes the future of mental health services. As a Senior Mental Health Therapist, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care to clients across Australia.

This is a patient-facing clinical position where you will be seeing clients and other individuals who require our services. It's an opportunity to drive meaningful change and innovate new ways to support mental health journeys.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and provide evidence-based therapies
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and client needs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment plans
  • Build and sustain collaborative relationships with referring healthcare providers to strengthen client referral networks and support practice growth
  • Coordinate with external providers to fulfill service requests within an established procedural framework

This is a permanent position that can adapt to your current schedule, from 2 – 5 days per week. We're open to discussing flexible work arrangements to suit your needs.

You'll be based at our new center in Newstead, Brisbane. With future growth plans, there are opportunities to expand your skills and take on new challenges as we develop a national network of mental health clinics.

What You'll Need
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology or a Master's/Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
  • General Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia, with Clinical Psychology endorsement and substantial experience in mental health care
  • 5+ years of recent clinical experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Advanced clinical expertise in mental health services
  • Experience delivering high-quality care and fostering innovation in service delivery
