Job Opportunity

We are seeking Technical Assistants to work in our dynamic specimen reception team. Our team is the core of any pathology lab, where you will have the opportunity to develop data entry and other key skills.

About the Role

You will assist in the processing of specimens in preparation for laboratory departments to complete their testing. You will also provide support to laboratory staff under supervision, to deliver a patient-focused service.

  • Maintain high-quality work output while managing competing priorities
  • Provide excellent customer service experience and skills, including effective communication with customers, patients, and clinical staff
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with the ability to investigate and resolve general issues within the laboratory environment
Key Requirements

A thorough understanding of all aspects of the laboratory environment relevant to the Department.
Excellent data entry skills, including high attention to detail and data accuracy.
