Compassionate Lifestyle Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Compassionate Lifestyle Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred wellness programs that promote residents' independence, health and wellbeing.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families and the wider care team to support holistic lifestyle outcomes.
  • Accurately assess resident needs and maintain thorough documentation for ongoing program improvement.
  • Collaborate with allied health professionals and external experts to ensure engaging and effective program delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or equivalent).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and advocate for residents.
  • Proven ability to deliver person-centred care and wellness programs.
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills and experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
