Compliance is a key component of our operations at Adyen, and we require professionals who can analyze complex regulatory issues.

We're looking for an experienced Compliance Specialist to join our team in Australia/New Zealand. Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders across various workstreams to drive the development of effective compliance strategies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments in the legislative and policy environment.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide advice and support on legal and regulatory matters.
  • Operationalize regulatory requirements in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Manage routine and ad-hoc regulatory requests and filings.

Requirements:

  • Certified lawyer in Australia with strong research, statutory interpretation, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to conduct analysis of policy issues.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a similar regulatory or legal role.
  • Working knowledge of the payment industry.
