As a Clinical Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations within our ambulatory clinics. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting physicians and clinicians with administrative tasks.
  • Liaising with patients, staff, and external partners to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Managing clinic schedules, making adjustments as needed.
  • Coordinating with lab and radiology departments for timely test results.
  • Verifying accuracy of patient information and updating records accordingly.
  • Implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

Key Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years of experience in healthcare administration or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and medical software.
  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to resolving conflicts.
