Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service to motorcycle owners, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work closely with our Service, Parts, and Sales teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Ensure all operational processes are followed, and reports/documents are accurately maintained.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of motorcycle products, sales, and merchandising to provide expert advice to customers.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor in the motorcycle industry.
- Current motorcycle license.
- Exceptional customer service and people management skills.
- Technical knowledge and ability to interpret.
- Reliable and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.
- Passion for motorcycles.
