As a Property Acquisition Specialist & Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in expanding operations from Perth to Melbourne for a highly awarded and long-established buyer's agency.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, assess, and secure properties that align with client briefs and agency standards.
  • Lead negotiations with selling agents, securing terms that protect client interests and improve outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence, including price and appraisals.
  • Ensure the client has a satisfactory purchase with no negative property or financial impact.
  • Assist with the rollout of services in Melbourne.
  • Implement data-driven, remote-first buying systems.
  • Sign clients, manage inquiries, and secure service agreements when required.

Requirements:
