About the Role

As a Data Entry Officer with Kennedy Reid, you will be an integral part of our busy team in Melbourne. Our client is a well-established company in the financial services industry with offices in 20 countries.

This is an excellent opportunity to further your career within financial services and work for an ASX top 50 global organisation.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input data into the system
  • Liaise with internal teams/stakeholders to ensure critical milestones are met
  • Coordinate the dispatch of mailing and digital communication to stakeholders
  • Perform ad hoc administration duties
  • Work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
  • Temp to perm role with flexibility to work from home once trained (2 days WFH)
  • Salary: $32.73/hour + Super

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience working in data entry, preferably within financial services
  • Experience working towards deadlines in an administration or project coordination role
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong typing skills
  • Strong time management skills, able to prioritize work effectively
  • Computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems and concepts quickly
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
  • A team player with a friendly, personable nature
