Key Data Entry Specialist for HI CARE SERVICE

We are seeking a detail-oriented Key Data Entry Specialist to join our team at HI CARE SERVICE. This role is perfect for an individual who can provide excellent customer service and accurately process submissions electronically sent by our members.

As a Key Data Entry Specialist, your primary function will be to compare data with source documents submitted by our members, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specified requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet established daily quotas consistently
  • Perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy
  • Handle personal and confidential member information in accordance with HIPAA regulations
  • Understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
  • Accurately document and record member information
  • Other duties as assigned

Compensation: $35-$60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in PC operations and navigation
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience:

  • Data entry experience with CRM software
  • Work-from-home setup with reliable internet (10MB upload/download) and a quiet workspace
