Job Description

Luxurious Accommodation - Spacious rooms, mezzanine-style loft suites, and an exclusive villa are available for our guests.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide professional service at all times
  • Welcome guests with sparkling wine on arrival
  • Maintain guest accounts and assist with enquiries
  • Process financial transactions
  • Handle reservation enquiries and bookings
  • Guest Check In / Out
  • Resolve any guest complaints
  • Advise guests on local attractions and activities
  • Up-sell and promote hotel services

A 24-hour Front Desk operation is in place, with shifts running from 6:30am to 10:30pm. You will be required to work a variety of shifts across a 7-day roster.

Certifications Required: RSA

Please note that a Criminal Check is required prior to commencing the role (Costs covered by Wests Group).

Requirements

You take a professional approach to customer service and strive to exceed expectations to ensure memorable stays.

Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will see you thrive in this role. Ideally, you come from a guest relations background within the hospitality sector, although this is not essential.
