We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Officer to join our team at Dandenong Hospital and West 4.
The role requires providing administrative support to clinical teams, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to clinical teams
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to security protocols
- Effective communication with staff, patients, and families
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Certificate in Health Administration (preference but not necessary)
- Familiarity with Medical Terminology
- Experience in working with Microsoft Office, Email, iPM, PFM, and EMR
