We are seeking a skilled Billing and Financial Operations Officer to join our Finance and Administration Team at Catholic Education. This is a temporary part-time assignment for 12 months, commencing as soon as possible.
The ideal candidate will work 3 days a week, providing operational and administrative support for school finances. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing operational support to the Billing and Financial Operations team
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Receipting and allocating all payments received
- Performing accurate account reconciliations in a timely manner
- Corresponding with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing assistance on end of month and end of year tasks
