About This Role:

This is a pivotal position as a senior partner to the leadership team, with key responsibilities including developing and executing strategies that align with business objectives across multiple global locations. The role will play a crucial part in fostering a positive work environment that reflects the company's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership & Planning: Partner with senior business leaders to develop and implement plans that support strategic goals.
  • Translate business strategy into actionable initiatives, including organisational design, change management, and cultural development.
  • Act as a key contributor to the global strategy, providing insights on business needs and local market realities.
  • Support global expansion for sales teams, working closely with leaders to embed strategies focused on increasing productivity.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • A Master's degree or relevant postgraduate certification is highly desirable.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience as a Human Resources Business Partner.
  • Proven experience in being an active member of functional leadership teams, specifically with experience on sales leadership teams.
