  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 5–8 years of professional experience in control systems engineering, preferably in industrial automation or infrastructure projects
  • Advanced proficiency in Rockwell (RSLogix/Studio 5000) and Schneider (Unity Pro/EcoStruxure) PLC platforms
  • Strong experience with SCADA systems such as Citect, FactoryTalk View, or Wonderware, including architecture design and deployment
  • Demonstrated ability to produce clear, structured, and maintainable documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of OT network design, industrial protocols (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Profibus), and cybersecurity principles
  • Familiarity with IEC programming standards and structured programming practices
