Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

The Perigon Group is seeking a highly skilled FP&A Analyst / Commercial Analyst to join their finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality decision support, focused on management accounting and financial analysis to drive optimal performance and decision making.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement robust forecasts and analysis on performance (financial & operational KPI's)
- Coordinate quarterly forecasting processes, partnering with budget holders, summarizing performance, and delivering variance analysis to aid decision making
- Develop and implement performance-based KPI insights, based on operational and financial performance across the group
- Assist with business case preparation and delivering on new business projects
- Enhance and identify process improvements and system enhancements (ERP & Power BI)
We are looking for a CA/CPA qualified accountant with proven experience in a commercial finance function as a Management Accountant, Finance Analyst, or Commercial Analyst. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work under pressure, demonstrating effective time management, and possessing capable communication ability. Experience with large ERP systems and Power BI is highly beneficial.
