Our client support team is seeking a new member to join them

This role involves providing face-to-face and phone-based customer support, as well as performing hearing screening checks and maintenance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing hearing screening checks and hearing aid maintenance
  • Providing face-to-face and phone-based customer support
  • Confirming/scheduling customer appointments through diary and inbox management
  • Source external lead generation opportunities and roll-out local marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement
  • Assisting our clinics to perform more effectively through reporting and solution follow-ups
  • Providing administrative support to our audiologists and the clinic

About You:

We are looking for someone who loves to offer amazing customer support and client care. Ideally, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service/retail role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good computer skills and be tech savvy
  • Previous administration experience an advantage, however, full training will be provided
  • Sales experience an advantage
  • Own vehicle and license as you will be required to attend other clinics on occasion
