Our Educational Philosophy

At ACC Marsden Park, we implement a comprehensive Teaching and Learning framework centered around three key pedagogical approaches: Explicit Direct Instruction, Specific Targeted Feedback, and Thinking Through Writing. These strategies are designed to foster deep learning experiences.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Secondary Japanese Teacher to contribute to our vibrant educational community.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess an active Christian faith.
  • Hold relevant qualifications and NESA accreditation (or be eligible).
  • Demonstrate the ability to enhance student learning and wellbeing.
  • Exhibit excellent teaching practices aligned with the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
  • Be open to receiving feedback and implementing improvements in teaching methods.
  • Effectively plan, collect, and analyze educational data to develop strategies for improved student outcomes.
  • Maintain a current Employee Working With Children Check.
