Reception Services Officer Job Summary

This role is for a highly skilled and professional Reception Services Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and service providers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all visitors and callers are treated with respect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a welcoming and professional reception service, maintaining a high level of professionalism and responding promptly to client inquiries.
  • Take ownership of each enquiry, taking a proactive approach to establish the purpose of the visit or call, assess the service required, and provide the appropriate response.
  • Maintain effective working relationships and liaise efficiently and professionally with all levels of staff.

Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid work permit or visa.
  • Holding a Senior First Aid Certificate and/or ability to obtain one within 3 months of commencement.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 kilograms.

Selection Criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience in a public-facing role, preferably in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple demands.
