**Lead the Charge on Homelessness and Violence**

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to drive the growth and delivery of our Lived Experience and Advocacy Program (LEAP). The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of trauma-aware, strengths-based, and culturally safe programs that amplify the voices of people with lived experience of homelessness and Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence (DFSV).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lived experience advocacy and program management, with the ability to build trusted relationships with diverse communities. They will possess excellent communication skills, with the capacity to produce complex documentation and facilitate inclusive engagement.
