Job Description

We're seeking world-class educators to deliver high-quality education and training to students aspiring to excel in the field of sports turf management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and delivering engaging curriculum content that aligns with industry standards and best practices.
  2. Facilitating hands-on learning experiences and practical training sessions to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary for success in the industry.
  3. Providing mentorship and guidance to students, fostering their professional and personal development.
  4. Collaborating with industry partners and stakeholders to ensure program relevance and currency.
  5. Participating in continuous professional development activities to stay abreast of advancements in sports turf management practices and technologies.
  6. Contributing to the overall academic and administrative functions of the department.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role you must:

  • Have a minimum of three (3) years post-qualification experience in industry, gained no longer than five (5) years previously
  • Be prepared to continue to develop your Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as your industry currency and trainer/assessor competence
